SecureLift Orlando provides residential and light commercial garage door repair, replacement, and installation in the Orlando metro area. Services include spring replacement, opener repair, cable and roller replacement, sensor repair, off-track repair, panel work, and new door installation.

Repair approval

A technician inspects the door, explains the issue, reviews the repair path, and asks for approval before work starts.

Payment terms

Payment is due when the approved work is complete unless a written agreement says otherwise. Cash, card, and check may be accepted.

Warranty

Standard repair work includes 90 days on parts and labor unless the invoice states a different term. Manufacturer warranties for new openers and doors pass through according to the manufacturer terms.

Limit of liability

SecureLift Orlando is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, unsafe framing, hidden wiring, rotted wood, prior improper repair, customer misuse, or work performed by others after our repair.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide safe access to the garage, clear the work area when possible, secure pets, and provide driveway or street parking. If a door is unstable, do not force it before the technician arrives.

Cancellation

You may cancel before the scheduled arrival window. If work has already been approved and started, the active service record will be handled with dispatch.

Scheduling and access

Arrival windows depend on traffic, weather, parts availability, and emergency call volume. Customers should provide accurate gate codes, parking instructions, and a reachable phone number so the technician can access the property without delay.

Disputes and law

If a dispute arises, both sides agree to first try good-faith resolution by phone or written message. Florida law governs these terms, and unresolved small claims may be handled in the appropriate Florida court.
