SecureLift / Orlando garage door repair

A clearer starting point.

Useful answers about repairs, quotes and choosing the next step for your garage door.

Getting started

What garage door problems can I call about?

Springs, openers, off-track doors, cables, rollers, sensors, remotes and damaged panels. SecureLift also takes new garage door installation inquiries.

When can I call SecureLift?

The hours are 6 AM to 10 PM every day. Call to discuss the door problem and the available service time.

Do I need to know which part failed?

No. Tell us what the door last did, where it stopped and whether access is blocked. Do not operate a damaged door just to diagnose it.

Can I compare repair and replacement?

Yes. Ask which parts can be retained, what the complete repair involves and how that compares with a replacement door or opener.

Repair or replacement

What should a repair quote explain?

Ask about assessment charges, the failed component, any related damage, included parts and labor, and warranty terms. Approve the scope before work starts.

What should I know before selecting a replacement door?

Discuss the opening dimensions, clearance, panel style, insulation, windows, hardware and opener compatibility. Confirm removal and any project-document responsibilities in the quote.

Do all repairs use the same parts?

No. The door model, dimensions and installed hardware determine compatibility. A similar-looking spring, roller or section is not automatically a suitable replacement.

Does sending a request reserve a visit?

No. The details help SecureLift follow up and discuss scheduling. Call for an urgent repair inquiry during the daily 6 AM to 10 PM hours.

Door movement and safety

Can I open the door with a broken spring?

Do not force it or repeatedly run the opener. A door with lost spring support can be unexpectedly heavy or unstable.

Can I push the roller back into the rail?

No. The door may be unstable and the spring or cable system may still be loaded. Leave the door alone and keep people clear.

Can a loose cable indicate a spring fault?

Yes. Slack can relate to the spring system, drums or uneven door movement. The cause needs checking before choosing a repair.

Should I cover or disconnect a sensor?

No. Leave safety devices enabled and have the closing problem assessed.
